Not very happy at all. I replaced an aging office system with this item and it's not intuitive at all. It takes three steps to check the call log and has about a two second lag between hitting the button when answering a call and the other party hearing you! I thought tech was supposed to get better as we went forward. Way too complicated for the job it needs to do. Learn something from Apple!
