This product works as advertised. Bluetooth feature is great - your mobile will automatically connect when you come home, although it sometimes needs to be re-initiated if there is a conflict with another device. For example, I have had a problem if I'm washing my car outside with the bluetooth radio on. It is easily fixed by doing a simple set up again. No problems so far. Satisfied with this product after a year of use.

Love the phone, it has all the features I wanted for the price I wanted to pay. My old home office phone was dieing and I wanted a phone that could work with my bluetooth as I hate holding the handset. The phone has both on base and handset speaker phone capability, and the keypad on base is what I really required. Recommend this phone is like to use bluetooth headsets.

I was excited to get this phone for my household because my wife and I don't have a landline and rely on our cell phones. The bluetooth connectibility worked well at first, but it has been tempermental at times. We have also experienced echo when accessing the cell line via the cordless units.

As an intercom and a DECT phone, the unit is fabulous. We are using it in an older 2 story home and it has saved us multiple trips up & down the stairs to call someone.
