Phone is advertised on-line as coming "with free headset," and even shows a picture of the headset in the ad. However, when phone arrived, there was no headest. Contacted merchant who apologized and said that it was a mistake for the ad to claim there would be a free headset included. They offrered me a $10 refund back to my credit card, which I accepted. Other than that, the phone itself is great. Particularly like the strength/volume & clarity of the speaker phone function.
