I am thoroughly impressed with this phone system. Bought it to replace a 5 unit Motorola system that was having issues with buttons not working and batteries not holding a charge. It was 5 years old too. The only thing that the AT&T system could have is a keypad on the base station, but that is trivial. The clarity is superb in our 2 level house. You can listen to the answering system from any of the phones. not just the base station. You can input numbers into the phonebook from any of the phones. It is stored in the base unit allowing any of the handsets to access the numbers. These were all things the Motorola unit couldn't do, so I'm really impressed. I'll add more to this review in months to come.

Product worked as advertised. No disappointments. I only wish I had bought more handsets. The intercom feature is quite nice and eliminates yelling throughout the house. I also bought the headset and it works very well. The range allows me to go outside and one house down and still hold a call. There is some background being heard on the other end the further out you go, but the call stays connected.

We bought this to replace an older 900 Mhz AT&T system that had a base and 2 sattelite hand sets. We changed service from a standard phone line system to an internet VOIP system and wanted a base with several hand sets. These function much like the old phones so the learning curve was not steep. The phones have good range on three levels of our home and are very clear. We are extremely satisfied - with both these phones and the new carrier.
