Setting up the phones was easy but so far I haven't been thrilled with the performance. Sometimes calls will drop for no reason, then can't even dial out to call the dropped party back. Sometimes there's static on the calls - never had these problems with the old phones we replaced. Thought about sending them back but didn't because of the hassle of shipping, etc.

We bought this system to replace an older, less-than-satisfactory, Panasonic system. The system comes with three units, but we also bought a fourth unit for our fourth location. We are very pleased with the new system and recommend it.

We bought this system to replace an older AT&T system. Look and feel were key factors for my wife.
The base unit keeps losing power, shutting off. I unplug the base unit, wait 5 seconds, plug it back in and it works for a while longer.
I am returning the system and exchanging for the same item, on the assumption that I got a bad unit. Hence, jury is still out.
Call quality seems good.
If you don't hear from me in 2-3 months, then all is good!
