this unit performs as expected BUT interface is very unintuitive. The manual is the usual amount of little help. for example, hard to figure out where the "hold" function is for those of us used to a "hold" button. The cordless satellite station works well and is a welcome feature.

I received the phone and it was defective. I sent a note to explain the situation and recevied a response that they would have a technician contact me to trouble shoot the problem. Three days later, I received another e-mail explaining that this was not recent model and they had no one who could support this product. I use this phone for work and this created a serious problem, as the product was defective and no one to help determine how to proceed. It is now 30 days later and have sent several e-mail on how to return the phone and recieve a refund NO RESPONSE
woud recommend NOT BUYING due to interntet mess and no human to speak with to tell me where to return this phone. Very time consuming and frustrating trying to resolve. Also, do not have a phone that works and have no idea how to get reimbursed.
