Not expandable past the first handset. Handset does not have speaker phone. CID doesn't allow for easy saving of numbers. Even number storage is more difficult then it should be. Wish I could say something good about it, but based on this experience I will not buy another AT&T branded phone. 2 of 2 people found the following review helpful: By Marty567 (Vienna, VA United States) - See all my reviews This review is from: AT&T E5827 - 5.8 GHz Corded / Cordless Phone w/Answering System (Office Product) There is no battery backup for the phonebook directory, so when power goes out, you lose the directory. The handset and the base phone have two -separate- directories; there is no synching. They also have two separate lists of missed calls. It's just a very poorly designed unit. 4 of 5 people found the following review helpful: By Jimbo (Missouri) - See all my reviews This review is from: AT&T E5827 - 5.8 GHz Corded / Cordless Phone w/Answering System (Office Product) I have this same phone and it is terrible! The cordless units supplied with this set are even worse than the base! You'll hear someone one second and then can't hear them the next. So you end up having to use the base. Sound quality on the speaker phone isn't great either. I have people say that when it is being used the sounds fades in and out on that. You would think for a company like ATT that the quality would be better. No more ATT here. |
