This handset accompanies Clarity XLC3.4HS and is as close to perfect as I could find... and I really researched this out at length. It is not only easy to use and program, but it is easy (and the best) phone for adjusting volume and tone. The ringer is adjustable and loud enough that buying an accessory ringer is not needed. It has all the features you would want in any phone including caller ID. The AMAZON price with prime shipping was the lowest, too. The company's reputation for being a leader in cordless phones for hard of hearing is well deserved. If there is a better phone for the hard of hearing, I would be surprised.

My wife & I bought the phone for my 86-year old Mother. It's much easier to have a conversation with her when she's using the phone.

I have a significant hearing loss and I am constantly on a mission to buy the perfect phone, especially since I need it for my business.
This phone seems to be the latest update in the Clarity line. I am not a gadget person and my review is solely based on the audio performance of the phone. I am very pleased with it and I would recommend it to anyone who has a hearing loss who still has some hearing, even though limited, in the speech frequency range. If it doubt, I would suggest trying it. I have bought many phones over the years, and this is the best without a doubt. Try it, you may like it!
