Well, it's ok for a phone but don't rely on the alarm. It works when it wants to which is not very often! I would suggest spending a few more dollars and getting a "name" brand! Looking for a new one myself! 6 of 6 people found the following review helpful: By This review is from: Coby CT-P8910 2.4 GHz Analog Cordless Phone with Caller ID and AM/FM Dual Alarm Clock Radio (Silver) (Office Product) This is like a bedroom phone, with radio, clock and alarm.
No problems related to the radio, but the clock does not have the light up during all time.. its difficult to see.. you need to touch any bottom to have lights on. The alarms have options to set 1, 5 or 7 days a week, but they are confuse to set. The CID is very nice, and when you are out the lights flash to let you know whne somebody really called you. If your goal is a CID phone go ahead but if its to have a bedroom phone, I would suggest the GE models. 5 of 5 people found the following review helpful: By shopping maven (Scarsdale, NY United States) - See all my reviews This review is from: Coby CT-P8910 2.4 GHz Analog Cordless Phone with Caller ID and AM/FM Dual Alarm Clock Radio (Silver) (Office Product) For my purposes - having a small bedside phone that will also wake me up in the morning - this phone is perfect. I disagree with most of the other reviewers. The phone and dual alarm/radio are reliable. I don't find the sound or ring to be tinny - and while it may be true that the time is not always lit up, the mere press of a button on the base allows you to see the display and eliminates the often annoying feature of those bedroom phones that are brightly lit all night. All in all, I recommend this phone for anyone who wants a phone, clock radio combo with caller ID and all the other listed features. |
