Freestyl 1 Syst Single Line Base with Handset

I bought the FreeStyl 1 because I needed a cordless phone that had enough range to take me past my mailbox in the front yard. In my area we do not get great cell phone reception, so I use the FreeStyl to power walk around the neighborhood, to visit the neighbors, and even to run to the corner store up the street! Calls are always crystal clear, and I have yet to have a call drop.

I have also found the additional features to be very useful. I use the voice paging system to page my children, and my sister uses the room monitoring feature when she visits with my infant nephew while he is sleeping.

I would recommend this phone to anyone who wants outstanding range in a cordless phone. I know I'm glad I bought it!!

The base unit would not charge my handset. I contacted the manufacture and they refused to honor the warranty, because I did not purchase it from their list of sellers. Beware if you purchase this expensive item from Amazon as the manufactures warranty may not be honored.

Very good distance and handy, but the ringer is confusing. Unfortunately stopped working after 2 months and seems the support is not straight forward.
