It sure does its job well with SKYPE. However, using the phone for just a regular landline phone call has been unsuccessful. It turns out that the quality of the sound is garbled and unclear even when the volume is turned all the way up. I believe it is a defect and GE should address this problem. If you are using this product for SKYPE primarily, it is a good buy. So - disappointed when I eventually opened the box (past the return deadline). Reminded of my disappointment when I found it in my garage a year later...unused.  great for skype, the updated 2 in 1 program really helps with improving skype, This review is from: GE 2 in 1 - Internet & Standard Phone Accessory Handset (Office Product) works really well with skype. you have to know how to set up the audio. but once set up it really works great. |
