Caller ID and call waiting compatible, the 21006ge3 has a 40-name-and-number memory, while a 50-number memory dialer allows you to store frequently used numbers. A display-and-dial feature lets you easily scroll through the caller ID or memory list and then call the displayed number with the touch of a button. You can also transfer caller ID entries to the memory dialing for later use.
Headset compatibility allows you to add an optional headset for hands-free communications, and a belt clip is provided for freedom of movement. An illuminated keypad makes dialing in poorly lit environments a snap, while a page/handset locator makes finding a lost handset quick and easy. A handset-to-handset intercom lets you communicate with the other handset, and you can even use the handsets in walkie-talkie mode. Three-way conferencing lets you communicate with multiple parties at the same time, while a redial button lets you easily dial the last outgoing number (up to 24 digits).
A low batter indicator lets you know when to return the phone to its charging cradle, which can be mounted on the wall, freeing up counter top space completely. The 21006ge3 also comes backed with a one-year limited warranty.

The quiet hiss is present between handsets as well as on calls, ruling out my phone line. I've turned off all my electrical equipment with no improvement. The hiss is so slight that it is easily tolerated. This would be a good phone system for both business and home use. However, I...Read more 6 of 6 people found the following review helpful: By A Customer This review is from: GE 21006GE3 2.4 GHz DSS Cordless Phone with Dual Handsets and Caller ID (Office Product) Well pleased with both performance and quality of these phones.Clear audio with good range. Second handset does not require phone jack, nice feature extending primary base/phone. Good value for the price. |
