The sound quality was great it felt good in the hand and on the shoulder. After a few weeks it would ocassionally not dial when I press numbers. Right now I can't get it to dial anything unless I keep pushing the numbers over and over. I've never dropped it so I know thats the problem. It is just a bad phone. We are very difficult to please when it comes to phones, but we are happy with this one. It doesn't take up a lot of space on our counter, and it fits around your face comfortably. Plus it's made by a well known company.
