Thanks to DECT 6.0 technology, you'll have clear calls all the time. They are not user friendly either. You cannot call back any caller with a different area code because the 1 does not come through. So you have to write the number down, dial 1 for different area code, and then enter the number.
The blue light indicating new message constantly beeped even though we don't have a phone company answering service. The light is pretty bright at night.
The answering machine worked fine but the placement of the delete is way back on the base so its hard to delete messages.
