It is a nice size for holding with your shoulder and it can go on the cradle both ways, face up and down, which is nice. Storing a number in memory is kind of annoying because you have to scroll through the entire alphabet twice (capital and small letters) to get to the letter you want, and it beeps with every letter quite loudly, this is made a lot more simple by the nice (included) function of storing numbers from caller id. There are only two things that, if fixed, would make this phone really fantastic: 1) The caller ID doesn't come on until the second ring, so if you want to see who is calling you have to wait. This is really inconvenient when I get late night calls and don't want to wake up my room mate with the phone ringing!
