Summary: Motorola 6.0 Cordless phone with additional handset 2010-04-28
Comment: The manual was easy to follow, however, the rings and tones are so annoying. They are so loud and deafening even on the lowest volume. Sometimes, one handset will ring in one tone and the other handset is ringing in a different tone. I have adjusted both of them to the best of my ability. I have call waiting so the little ring that comes in to let me know another call is coming in is annoying. I have also had to adjust my wireless mouse to my laptop, because the mouse often sets off the phone to ring. Please advise. My laptop is nowhere near the phone and my printer is also wireless and is nowhere near the phones. Rather annoying and not happy. Perhaps, we could try another set of these phones to see if they do the same thing. I am willing to give it a try. Again, please advise. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.

Summary: Did not do what I had wanted it to do 2010-03-13
Comment: I purchased this phone set because it had a speed dial feature. My wife has vision problems, and I thought that it would be easier for her to dial 1 number as opposed to 10. Setting up the speed dial was relatively easy to do, however the buttons on this phone are quite small and are not easy to find, therefore it rendered the phone all but useless for her use. Having said that, the phone works well, is quite easy to set up, and sound quality is very good.

Summary: Good phone 2010-02-28
Comment: I have just received this and got it set up. The quick-guide should be enough for anyone to get the phone set up. Plug in the phone cord, plug in the power cord, connect the rechargable batteries in the handset, and you're good to go.
One thing that did puzzle me; when you set the time and date on one handset, this is synchronized between all the handsets (handy). However, phone book entries are *not* synchronized between the handsets, so you'll end up having to enter all your phone numbers on each handset, which is a drag if you have a lot of entries. I can see pros and cons to having it this way, esp. if you assign a handset to specific family members, which will let them have their own numbers programmed. I cannot find a menu option to force the synch either.
Also, the phonebook is limited to 30 entries (per handset).
I also like how you can assign ring-tones to entries in the phone book, so that when that person calls you, you get the assigned ring tone rather than the one you set by default.

Summary: OK telephone 2010-02-05
Comment: This phone might not work in some countries. I took it to Russia and discovered that it wouldn't work with some different kinds of electricity frequencies. I believe it might not work in some other Europe countries. Works great here in the US though.

Summary: No Headset Jack 2009-10-30
Comment: I always use a headset when I am on the phone and there is no jack for it on these phones so I am returning it for something else. I never set it up so that's all I can say about it.
