Motorola DECT 6.0 Cordless Phone with Answering System

This phone first of all is very stylish by appearance only; the buttons are hard to push, the sound quality is very poor, the handset speaker doesn't go loud enough to hear the other caller without having the phone at your ear (what's the purpose of having a handset speaker). The battery life is pathetic, I was on the phone for less than 2 minutes and the battery had gone done by half, so the charge doesn't last with this phone. Motorola was no help when I called them, they said they were still working out the kinks in the phone. Shouldn't the kinks have been worked out before the phone hit the market? Bottom line, don't waste your time or money on this piece of junk.

Phone looks great, but works very poorly. Multiple occasions the phone says out of range even while only inches from the base. Sound quality is worse than most cell phones. Highly discourage others from buying, unless you dont like to actually hear what the other person is saying. 1 star is too much, more like 1/2
