Unlike the Panasonic Blue tooth wireless home / cell phone system (I spent much much more time, money & effort attempting to get it functional) the AT&T system worked, as advertised, right out of the box - I've been using it for about 6 weeks without any problems - My only suggestion is increase the earpiece volume a little more (for those of us who have difficulty hearing).
