I was looking for a good multi-handset phone that was white. I don't know why, but over the years, white has become VERY hard to find. I should have kept looking. It got here fast, but never worked right. After setting them up, they were continually searching for their bases and just never worked. They seemed pretty cheap and junky. They look good - but what good is that?! The return process was long and drawn out, which is unusual for Amazon. This particular vendor, who I normally love, was not receptive to a return. First they expected me to pay return shipping on a defective product. When I complained, it took them over a week to send me a prepaid label by email. Once they had the package in their hands, it took another several weeks to get my money back.

Not a great buying experience.
