Panasonic DECT 6.0 Expandable Cordless Telephone with 3 Handsets (KX-TG6413T)
Ringer ID facility
Product Review
Product Description
DECT 6.0 Technology means less Interference.
Engineered to work in 1.9GHz frequency, our DECT 6.0 phones won't conflict with common wireless devices such as 2.4GHz routers, wireless keyboards and mouses, microwave ovens and other household items. And because it's digital, you'll enjoy long range and clear sound while deterring eavesdropping.
Call Block.
Store the Caller ID info of any and all unwanted callers into your phone's Call Block list so that you can eliminate future pesky calls from them. After their information is stored, they'll get a busy signal if they call you again.
Silent Mode.
Now you can program each handset to ring or not at your discretion. For example, before you go to sleep, set the bedside handset to Silent Mode so that it won't ring for the duration of your slumber. In the meantime, the handset in another room is unaffected, and rings as usual.

Comment: Phone system is a disppointment. On one extension the Talk feature doesn't work. In order to use that extension all calls must be completed using the speaker button. The features are hard to understand and to use.

Summary: Deceiving Advertised 2010-06-03
Comment: I received the unit on time and in good condition but I ordered this set based on the adverts that said it has an answering system. Unfortunately when the unit came I realised it had no answering machine on it.Reading the user manual, i found out that this one of the KX-TG6411 that do not includes answering system but it was advertised as having an answering system. If one goes to Amazon and check the description of the unit it says it has an answering system.

Summary: Works perfectly for my intended use 2010-06-03
Comment: Bought this Panasonic KX-TG6413 today after reading reviews here by other purchasers.
It does everything advertised. I am using it with my MagicJack and it works perfectly. I'm considering dropping my landline, what with the static and 15 additional charges added to the phone bill.
Great technology, Panasonic...

Summary: Very good cordelss phones 2010-05-25
Comment: This is very good set of cordless phones for those who don't need an answering machine. The handsets are neither bulky nor small. They are a little larger than some mobile phones. The keys on the phone are also ergonomically designed.
The phone range has been good, although my house is not that big.The audio level is not high(at highest volume setting) enough while using the earpiece, but is decent in speakerphone mode.
Battery life is pretty good.
The weak point is the user interface menu design of the phone. It is as if the phone is a mobile phone with 5 to 6 levels of nested menus.
There are smaller quirks in the user interface design. If there are missed calls, you have to press 3 or 4 buttons to find out the caller id of missed calls.Same to find recent calls.
Good things are: shortcut to access Voice mail, Voice mail indicator light, shared phone book storage.
Overall, very good value for the money.

Summary: Non-intuitive menus 2010-05-22
Comment: The call quality and range of this phone set are excellent, the price is good, and they are attractive. However, the menus and controls are extremely non-intuitive as some other reviewers here have said. For example, getting to your Caller ID list takes several steps. Another minor flaw is that the voicemail indicator light is on the backside of the phone. So, if the phone base is elevated and up on a shelf, for instance, you don't see it blinking. If you walk directly up to the phone, you can read that you have a new voicemail, but it would have made much more sense to put the light on the front so you can see, at a glance, that you have a voicemail. Who knows why they did that. All in all, though, these phones are great.
