The Philips SE7451B/37 DECT 6.0 Cordless Phone with Single Handset and Digital Answering Machine uses the 1.9 GHz frequency range, which does not interfere with wireless networks, microwaves, cordless phones, and other household items. The upshot is outstanding voice clarity and range, and enhanced security from would-be eavesdroppers. The phone features a digital answering machine that has a recording capacity of up to 30 minutes. Combining a high-quality speaker with signal processing and a real acoustic chamber, the speakerphone function offers clarity as though you were in a face-to-face conversation.
The SE7451B has a color screen that is customizable via wallpapers. It features a phonebook that can hold 250 entries--and thanks to a SIM-card copying facility, you can easily copy your entire mobile phonebook onto the phone in just seconds. The phone supports caller ID, call waiting, and caller ID on call waiting. The rechargeable batteries have a talk time of up to 12 hours and a standby time of up to 150 hours. Each base can support up to five handsets, letting you add them when you need them and without the need to bother with wires or difficult setup processes.

Comment: The Amazon.com page and the Philips user manual, on the Philips web page, both indicated that this phone/answering machine can be wall mounted. Turns out it has a horizontal wall mount. My home wall mount, and all others I could find at Home Depot, Lowes, Radio Shack, are all vertical wall mounts. Had to return it. Never did use it, so I can't rate quality, battery life, etc. (The return process is another story. Luckily Amazon A-Z return policy saved the day, after a big email hassle).
