Summary: Exactly what I wanted but it does not work 2010-03-31
Comment: When this product works it is beautiful, the sound clarity is awesome, and the range is incredible. I use mine at home and I can walk outside and continue a conversation perfectly. I would give this product 5 stars except for one thing. YOU CAN NOT DIAL OUT, a message appears on the screen "Initializing" 90% of the time when you try to dial out and this prevents the calling feature from working. Incoming calls are flawless, but only being able to dial out 10% of the time, makes this product virtually useless.

Comment: I purchased this unit because it offered great features. Boy, was I disappointed! I've had to exchange it three times due to cheap construction and poor performance. At this point I would have preferred a refund, but RCA will only replace a faulty unit. I feel it's a public service to warn consumers away from this product.

Summary: Great, handy little phone. 2010-02-14
Comment: This is our second RCA Visys phone - we loved the first one and wore it out. We use it for business purposes and it provides portability with no wires to get in the way. The headset is comfortable, and the sound quality is very good. It's definitely worth the money and is the only product of its kind out there. The original batteries lasted a long time, and others are available by mail order.

While I have seen some complaints from others, it has worked like a charm for me. I am surprised this model is still being made, as turnover in electronic products is so rapid.
I got mine about 4 years ago, and the headset is starting to come apart a bit, but is still functional. I use it for long periods every day.
Sound quality is perfect and although I have a wireless network, have never had any interference.
Mine looks a bit different, but has the identical model number on the unit: RCA Visys 25110RE3-A.
I would buy it again, as soon as I think the headset is not going to survive any longer. Actually, if I could just buy a replacement for the headset, that would be ideal.

Summary: Watch out for wireless interference 2009-06-28
Comment: This is my 2nd one, as the first bit the dust after 2-3 years. The sound quality and features are great. However, when I am on the phone, it interferes with my wireless connection since they share the same bandwidth.
