WARNING..... I broke one of my own rules when I ordered this item from Apex. The phone set including phone base + remote phone + headset was approx $92.00. A price too good to be true but it WAS how Apex was advertising the set. I ordered the phone set and then read the reviews where one purchaser warns of misadvertisement and a bait and switch, where he ordered the set for $92 and ONLY received the headset (like I did). He called Apex and even though they were clearly advertising the 3 part phone set for $92, they told him that they would sell the other parts of the set for additional $$$$. Sure enough, I paid $92 and when the box arrived it was very light weight...I opened it and only the headset was in the box. I contacted Amazon to report this blatant misadvertisement
and told Amazon that I expect them to protect me from companies like Apex who are clearly selling items through false advertisement.

I bought this phone for my home (no bussiness usage). The quality of the audio is very poor. I have an old phone from the 60th which sound quality is the same! I do not raccomend to buy this phone. I am trying to send it back.

I purchased this phone because I needed a headset that would be able to receive and terminate calls remotely which this one does well. the clarity is quite good but any walking around with the head set makes a bit of a wind noise for the person at the other end. Most other features are standard and pretty good for the price. only thing that I didn't like was the ear peace fits very poorly so I have to use the head band for the head set. I have had lots of other ear peace head sets and never had one that fits so poorly.
All in all not a bad phone.
