RCA RCA-25111 Dect 6.0 Cordless Headset/Handset

I purchased an RC-25111 Dect 6.0 from PricePros in mid-April. Once the phone arrived, we decided to go in a different direction and I attempted to return this item. I have tried to call them on several occasions but only have an opportunity to leave voicemail. Emails take 2 days for a response, and then its only a generic message. My main problem is that their policy for unopened products are "subject" to a 20% restocking fee. Since the product is unused and they have little inventory, will I be charged a restocking fee or not? It would be great for them to have some level of customer service to answer such a simple question.

Recieved this phone, charged it, used it for one day and it broke. By broke I mean I could not place or recieve calls. Then it would not take a charge and finally gave me an error message. I called RCA as instructed. They were most UNhelpful. Said they had no idea what the error code meant and perhaps I should contact the phone company. I contacted the seller, explained the problem and was instructed to return for exchange. I did return but in the meantime I received an email from the seller that they had no more in stock (good thing). They refunded my purchase including shipping. I would not purchase this phone again but the seller was outstanding as far as service was concerned. Bought a Vtech and am VERY pleased with it and less expensive.
