I think the problem is everyone's trying to cut down on the cost. Right now even if money was not an issue you can't find a decent phone. May be Apple should design one :) The state of consumer electronics right now is pathetic. My 20 year old Sony phone functions better in every way compared to this phone. This phone is reasonable good looking and the display is nice. I like simple, plain looking electronics. But it doesn't feel good in the hand, the buttons are awkward and hard to push. The interface is very slow and the worst part is the sound. They call this high performance phone with crystal clear sound :/ The sound is shrilly, high pitched. Not natural at all and if you turn the volume up it distorts.
