Amazon.com Product Description
Southwestern Bell's FF925B boasts quality and well-chosen for a modest price. Small offices will appreciate the intercom and 10-number speed dialing. Everyone will appreciate the improved quality that 900 MHz technology offers, compared to older phone operating on a lower band. The 40-channel auto scan finds the channel with the least interference. Additional features include a flash button to get an instant dial tone, last number redial to keep trying a busy number, and built-in pager to locate the handset whenever it is misplaced.
The telephone answering system offers 20 minutes of digital recording time, easy voice menus, and a voice time/day stamp. You can screen calls and collect your messages while away from home. The announce only mode permits you to deliver a message without receiving any. The phone is supported by power failure protection and Southwestern Bell's one-year limited warranty.

This review is from: Southwestern Bell FF925B 900 MHz with Digital Ansering System (Black) (Office Product)
This phone was just awful! When we bought it, we kept being unable to get a dial tone, and frequent calls to tech service did not help. Each person I spoke to said the others didn't know what they were doing. I finally realized, after doing everything they said, that the phone wasn't making contact with the base, and when that happened it wouldnt give a dial tone when we picked it up. You had to slam it into the base as many as 7 or 8 times to get it to contact. Then it wouldn't charge, or hold a charge. There is a remote "locating" tone, but that doesn't work either, because it beeps more loudly at the base station than the phone does, so you can't hear the phone's sound if they are both within hearing range. This phone was a complete waste of money.

The product is great. I was just a bit disappointed as I had thought when ordering it that it had caller ID, and turns out it did not. That may have been my fault, so can only say good about the product.
