Southwestern Bell GH3150 2.4 GHz Analog Cordless Phone with Answering System and Caller ID (Stone Grey)

I love the Southwestern Bell GH3150 cordless phone/answering machine combo!

We live in a densely populated neighborhood yet have never experienced interference with this phone.

I bought this model because of the long talk time and ability to connect a headset to it. I work from home a few days per week and spend 5+ hours per day on the phone. We've had the phone more than 1.5 years, and I've only had to replace the battery once, and while it was difficult to find a replacement battery, I found a compatible one (Empire CPH-400J) that doubles the talk time!

My only complaint, and the reason for 4 stars instead of 5, is that the phone doesn't have a mute button on it, but you can pick up a Plantronics headset for cordless phones at Staples for $20-$25 that allows muting.
