The Southwestern Bell GH5880 phone system offers it all--a 5.8 GHz analog cordless handset with 50 CID memory locations for portability, an integrated answering system so you never miss a call, and a corded base speakerphone. The answering system provides 13 minutes of recording time, remote operation, and call screening. The base keypad permits direct access to dialing and to the speakerphone.

The handset features plus a three-line LCD that displays call information and accesses up to 50 CID locations. Additional handset features include hearing aid compatibility, last number redial, and 40-channel autoscan for increased call clarity. The cordless handset unit does not require a phone jack--just setup the corded base unit, and the cordless handset will automatically configure itself--all it needs is a regular power outlet (AC power adapter included). Once the system is properly installed, the handset and base unit can be used as a handy intercom system.
