Thomson 25922GE1 "GE" Cordless Phone, 5.8 GHZ Technology

The phone was fine. The problem is/was that you substituted with this phone when I didn't want this one. Also, the return of these phones is still on going. Plexicom sent a return for 3 of the 4 phones and when I called they said that they would send me another return label for the 1 that I still have. The reason that the return was split up was because they only made a partial shipment and after I had the return done for the 3 they sent the fourth even though I told them that I can't use the substitute. That was 3 weeks ago and still haven't heard anything from them about this nor have I gotten the credit from the first 3 that were sent back 6 weeks ago. I am not going to be making anymore purchases from Amazon when it is not an Amazon item. There are too many problems that arise and as a customer there is no recourse to handle it. They don't want to supply a phone number and only deal with emails that can't be replied to. Terrible service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
