The Toshiba FT8930 offers 900 MHz operation with 40-channel auto scan for improved range and clarity, compared with older phones operating on a lower band, and a speakerphone for hands-free dialing and conversation. The integrated answering system provides 15 minutes of recording time, memo recording, remote message check, voice prompts, and time-day stamp. Use the prerecorded greeting or record your own.

The three-line backlit LCD makes browsing names and numbers stored in memory simple. The handset offers flash, redial, pause, mute, volume and ringer control, a programmable security code, and 10 speed-dial presets. The phone is hearing-aid compatible and can be mounted to a wall to save space on your desk.
