Short and sweet...I ordered the correct add-on handset. It arrived in a box...no instructions..no clue what to do with it. Charged it, turned it on, said searching for base...stayed that way for several hours until the battery drained. Sent email to the vendor they told me to contact Verizon.
Good Phone, Good Price,

I have four of these handsets in my home. Its one of the few two line phones around that has a speaker phone, answering machine and is wireless. There is also a speaker phone in the handset.
This phone has excellent range - about 150 feet from the base station. Voice quality is good.
The "Quiet" feature is useful when you are on one line and a call comes in on the other line - particularly when you are on speaker phone.
This phone seems to have been well thought out for the person that works from home. I highly recommend it.
Not user friendly,

Buttons small, and hard to press - sometimes they would make contact and sometime they wouldn't. The handsets farthest from the base sometime dropped calls. When we moved, I gave the whole set to one of the movers and bought something else.
