This review is from: Verizon V100AM-3 DECT 6.0 Cordless Phone with Handset Capability (Silver) (Office Product) The seller's tech support is NG since they only refer you to the manufacturer; there is no manufacturer identified anywhere, and Verizon had me chase down a supplier in Canada for tech support that wasn't even the manufacturer. Verizon has a lot of online FAQs that are absolutely inapplicable or misleading. The Verizon help number was busy for two days but when I finally got through and she walked me through how to "register" each handset so it will be recognized by the base unit, following the manual, we quickly realized that a crucial step had been omitted from the manual. I bought the set for my office after the previous unit stopped taking messages, figuring that it would work seamlessly with my Verizon service. I ended up wasting two days of my time during which time I had no office answering machine. The menus are a little cumbersome, but not terrible. The sound quality is passable. The answering machine is bare bones, but it does the job.
