Nice looking, but...,

This is a nice looking unit that I was looking forward to using. However, there is a constant AC hum when you make or receive calls. The trouble shooting guide states that if this is a problem to move the phone to a new location. Well, I like the current location and don't want to relocate the phone. Also, the old cordless phone never had an AC hum problem. I will relocate this phone, but back to the retailer.
