Just needed a simple cordless phone/answering machine for home use. This is very easy to operate & looks stylish. The price was right too!

Simple to use for my 89 year-old aunt... at under $27, a good value too! She likes the "big" numbers and finds it easy to use.
Don't know 'bout the longevity but, as I shared with her, my own VTech is still going strong (other than a battery replacement at the 6 year mark) after 10 years.

Bought a competing product that cost twice as much to replace one of the same brand. They have never changed their act. Too darn hard to use. Returned to the store that I purchased it from and ordered V tech from Amazon. Price was competitive (I could not find it locally). I knew that Amazon was reliable and shipping would be prompt. It was.
Love the phone and intend to by another, possibly two, shortly.
