Unlike the previous reviewer I like the size and the look of the phone. It's slightly smaller than the usual, true, but the shape makes it nice to hold. And for long conversations I usually use the great speakerphone anyway. Range is good, quality is great, no interference, nice expandable system (just buy extra mi6820 as long as you have the mi6821 or the mi6861), 5 stars.

I would love this phone, it has all the features I want and sounds great but I find it hard to hold. Especially if your having a long conversation. I have never had this experience with any other phone. I will be interested to see if others have the same problem.

I love this phone. Small, unobtrusive, expandable. I hate talking on the phone so this small size doesn't bother me. On the occasion where I've been on for more than a few minutes I think it is a comfortable size to use. The one thing I didn't expect when I got this phone and extra handset(s) is the phonebook. If you make any kind of change to the phonebook, it is stored in the base unit, so it updates on all the handsets at once.
