Comment: This is my 2nd vtech phone. I purchased because I needed 6 total extensions and I liked how they looked on the internet. I also thought the bluetooth feature would be nice.

No one in my family likes these phones (wife, son, daughter).

For example, the base station has very tiny red symbols on black that are very difficult to see. None of the buttons light up, so, even in a bright kitchen, you never know what buttons to push to forward, delete, skip, etc. without getting inches from the unit.

The handsets are also always dark, and only light-up when you pick them up. If you need to enter numbers, #, etc. when ordering something, you cannot see the numbers. You have to wait for the phone to light-up again.

We've lost many calls when picking up. For some reason, the phone disconnects when you touch "Home/Flash." There is no "Talk" button, and, we always have to rethink what to do with this phone since it is not like any other phone (work, cell, etc.).

The sharp square corners can actually dig into your ear when talking on the phone for a while too.

Overall, the phones look and sound great. They are just not easy to use, and my family is not happy I bought them. They want the old vtech phones back.

Comment: I have been using a cordless phone in my home office for many years. I use it extensively for conference calls and the best part is to have a headset that I can plug into the cordless handset and roam around the house.
My trusty phone broke down so i did some research on the latest and greatest phones out there. I researched a number of phones and read lots of reviews. One of the things I liked about this phone is the sleek looks. And the fact that it has Blue tooth is definitely a big plus, I can now pair it with a number of devices, and the sound quality is great.
The other good thing about it was the expansion sets.
All in all i have recommended this phone to all my friends and business associates.

Comment: This is the best Vtech made so far. I have owned other Vtech phones but this one performs better then any other cordless phone I have owned. Far superior to Panasonic and other brands. Sound quality is very good, style is great and the features are very easy to use and technically advanced. I like the fact that I can program one handset with all my phone numbers in the directory and it automatically transfers the directory to all my other handsets. The blue tooth feature works! Now I can answer my cell phone thru this phone system. My house is 2 stories and the range of the handsets reaches every room with no static or interference. Only feature I wish Vtech had on this phone is the warning light they had on some of their earlier models that lets you know when you have a voice mail message waiting. Voice mail messages show up in the lcd display. I just ordered additional handsets for my house since we like this system so much

Comment: The telephones are working almost good but I had problems pairing one handset to the base and the support from vtech has been a mess. The first time I tried to pair them was in USA when I bought then but I couldn't pair this hand set (I did it without problems with the other four), then I had to come to Mexico and I tried it again but I couldn't, I asked for support to vtech and they argue they can not give me support because the product was not made to work out of USA, I already tried to explain that I already did ir in USA and it didn't work but the simply say you are not in USA so we can not give you suppport....!!!!!!

Come on..., this is not an issue related with the country and I already tried to pair them in USA and it didn't work either, so it seems that they don't want to give the support the have to their products, it's a shame.

With Amazon everthing was greate as always.
