I've had this unit for a week. I use it for calls that sometimes last as long as 2 hours. I use it primarily for the headset.
Pros:
1. Headband is comfortable on head.
2. Battery life is good. I did 4 hours of calls in 1 day and headset battery was still going strong.
3. Sound quality of headset is excellent in both directions. Several people have asked me "Did you get a new headset? Your calls sound much better."
4, Headset has a mute button.
5. I haven't tried a full distance test, but it works throughout the house.
Cons:
1. It is difficult to "feel" the mute button on the headset. After a while you learn where it is, but it would have been nice if they had put some tactile feedback on the mute button.
The headset does feel a bit on the loose side to me, but I've found a position that keeps it secure enough so that I can do my exercises without it falling off, so I don't view this as a real "con".

Great phone, but hands-free headset didn't work for me,

Fantastic phone! Great sound quality, range, battery life up-to-1-week. Superb display, 3-line caller-ID/call memory displays number & name & date/time of about last 50 incoming / last 10 outgoing calls (approx).
My problem is with the hands-free headset/earpiece. Tried all possible combinations of the 3 over-the-ear bands & rubber ear-pieces, but could not get a decent fit. Headset is heavy & uncomfortable, won't stay in my ear, and falls to the ground when I lean my head forward.
Last straw was when I broke the tiny, flimsy clip which holds the over-the-ear & over-the-head bands - now it's worthless.
I have several Bluetooth headsets which work fine (unfortunately, this phone does not work with Bluetooth).
Great phone, but if you're buying this for the hands-free headset, you've been warned.

I got this to replace an older Panasonic cordless phone system that just wore out. After living with this setup for a couple of weeks, all I can say is that I love it. The sound is clear, it's easy to use, well designed and just looks cool. The integrated headset system is extremely well designed and a pleasure to use. As someone who works out of a home office, and is often on conference calls and the like, this phone is exactly what I needed and works a treat. Highly recommended.
